Gye-yeol Yu, the Chief of Emergency Rescue Team of HUMAN IN LOVE, and his team have provided the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office which faced challenges in prevention and control with 55 disinfectant buckets through a two round of support in April. As a sign of appreciation for the support, the City of Manila presented an appreciation plaque to HUMAN IN LOVE on May 1.
The number of daily confirmed cases in the Philippines is about 12,000. The country’s cumulative confirmed cases and death toll stand at about 2.13 million and 34,672 respectively.(As of September 9, 2021)
