The international children’s environmental drawing contest, ‘My Beloved Ocean’, sponsored by Korean RE, is a marine environment conservation campaign with children worldwide.

Children’s voices have power. Children express their thoughts on a drawing paper after selecting a theme among ‘My Beloved Ocean’, ‘The Ocean and My Dream’, and ‘Protect the Ocean and the Earth’, and submit the artwork to the contest website. All of the winning artworks are displayed through online and offline exhibitions to raise awareness of marine pollution and the importance and aspirations of environmental conservation.

Winners of the Encouragement Award or higher can donate environmental books equivalent to the amount of the prize money to a place of their choice so that more people can empathize with the environmental problems and take action for the oceans.
